Automation/HR Systems

Overview

This office is a division in the Departmental Office of Human Resource Management. HR Systems is the liaison between DOT and DOI for managing FPPS in DOT. The division also runs the department's Human Resource Measurement Action Team (HRMAT) Balanced Scorecard system, e-Learning Management System (eLMS), and Employee Express, and provides leadership for other departmentwide automation efforts in the HR community such as the eOPF project. We also provide workforce demographic reports.
