Class Descriptions:

Intermediate Fitness: This class is designed to challenge your body with hi and low-impact moves from Mambo, Cha Cha to Grapevine. It's a fun, upbeat class and geared toward all fitness levels.

Cardio Circuit: 30 minute station work to challenge all fitness levels. Working as a group and individually at stations, you'll increase your heart rate with step-over, jacks, step taps and more. Each station is timed and unique.

Step-Hi/Lo: Participants will focus on safe basic moves on and off the bench. Paced tempo and directional moves adds intensity and energy to the class. You do not need to be step savvy to participant. Classes are always full and space is limited, so you must come early if you want to have a step bench.

BodySculpt: Core-conditioning techniques will change the way you walk, stand and sit. Strength, isolation and sculpting moves will help you target large and small muscles groups. Reduce your back pain and tone the abs. Every one is guided and instructed according to their fitness level.

Conditioning: Challenge your agility, speed, strength and endurance through movements geared towards the urban athlete. This class can challenge a new exerciser as well as the experienced athlete. Modifications will be provided for all levels.

Core: Improve total body strength, endurance, balance, coordination and joint flexibility while focusing on your "core" muscles, specifically abdominal and lower back muscles. Focus on improving functional strength through functional movements. A variety of equipment may be used.

Lean Sculpt: This is a simple, easy to follow, yet demanding class that tones every major body part. Pick the right weights for the workout you are looking for that day. A variety of equipment may be used.

ABS/BACK: Core-based techniques to strengthen the abdominals and lower back. Proper guidance and instructions will be geared to all fitness levels.

Cardio Body Ball Workout: Stability balls will be used to perform some high and low aerobic moves. Stand, leap, sit and roll. Creative choreography of mixed impact movements will leave you energized and keep you coming back for more.
