Overview

This program is in the HR Policy Division, M-13, in the Departmental Office of Human Resource Management.  The program establishes Departmental policy on Federal leave programs, including the Family and Medical Leave, Use of Sick Leave to Care for Family Members and Military Leave. In addition it provides guidance, leadership, planning and consulting services for leave in DOT.
